Hydrotherapy Pools: Reopening December 2020

Hello Hydrotherapy Users

Firstly I am sorry this has taken so long to put together, unfortunately there were a lot of government regulations and changes that we need to work through before we could confirm anything. However I am very pleased to say that all our hydrotherapy pools will be opening on Wednesday 2nd December for all sessions. 

We have been working hard over the lockdown and you will start to see some changes to the website to try and make it easier for people to navigate. We are also pleased to announce that from January we will be launching a new booking system which will make things much easier for everyone to book. This does mean however that our current bookings will only be running up until 31st December 2020. Further details of the booking system will be released shortly.
  • Class Passes

    Due to the above and the fact all class pass holders will be given an extra 28 days on their passes, we have decided to suspend the sale of class pass for the moment. This should mean only a few people will outstanding class passes that need to be rolled over to the new system. 


  • Two Week Advance Booking - Family Sessions

    We are however making a few changes to our system to try and make it fairer and easier for people to book their sessions. From now, under 5’s, family and disability families sessions will only be allowed to book 2 weeks in advance. 


    This has been designed to allow everyone in the community to benefit from the pool and won't allow people to book weeks and months in advance. 


    All sessions booked under the old system will be honored and your bookings will stand. 


    This change will not effect Hydro4you, Hydro-cise, Hydro-Hiit and Hydro4Fibro

  • Early Access - Family Sessions

     If you had your under 5’s, family, and disability families sessions cancelled over November 2020, we will be offering you a range of sessions and will be giving you early access to book these sessions before they go on to open sale (48 hours before the sessions). 


    Details of how to access these sessions and the code required to book them, will be sent out to you shortly 

  • Private Hire

    We will still be offering you the chance to book to use the pool exclusively for your household or extended social bubble. 


    However, we must stress that while you can book the pool, you should follow all social distancing guidelines when in the hydrotherapy pool.  

As a result of the new tier system we have updated our COVID-19 safe plans and guidance for swimmers, this can be found below on the blog links, we strongly recommend that you read and update yourselves on any changes that we have had to put in place.
