We're excited to announce our BRAND NEW MyHydro-Membership launching on 22nd December 2020!
 
What is MyHydro-Membership?
MyHydro-Membership is a NEW membership programme for all of our hydrotherapy pools. MyHydro-Membership will allow you to book either 10 or 20 visits to the pool during a 4 week period. You’ll have access to all of our Hydro4you, Hydro-cise, Hydro-HIIT and Hydro4Fibro classes for a 4 week period, along with exclusive classes and special offers. All MyHydro-Memberships include a FREE My-Hydro-journey, a personalised hydrotherapy exercise plan created just for you by our expert team. The MyHydro-Membership will replace the current MyHydro-journey pass and Fitness class pass. Don’t worry if you still have one of these passes, they will continue to be valid, but you will not be able to purchase another once they have expired.
 
What is a MyHydro-journey?
Whether you're looking for fitness, rehabilitation or to manage a medical condition our team can develop a personalised hydrotherapy exercise programme just for you. Our team will review your health and fitness goals (either in person, or over the phone) and create a programme of exercises to suit your needs. The programme will include exercises designed around your physical ability to help you to reach your health or fitness goals. Our team will review the plan for you and make changes to your exercise programme, revising your health and fitness goals along the journey.
 
How much will MyHydro-Membership cost?
If you’re a light user, our 10 session MyHydro-Membership costs just £45 for a 4 week period. You might like to try 2 sessions every week plus 2 of our exclusive sessions (coming 2021.) You’ll make a great saving on our pay-as-you-go journey as each session is equivalent to just £4.50. Don’t forget that all Memberships include our MyHydro-journey personalised hydrotherapy exercise plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
 
If 10 sessions a month aren’t enough for you, our 20 session MyHydro-Membership priced at £80 and allows you to attend any 20 of our sessions over a 4 week period. It’s fantastic value at the equivalent of just £4 per session and also includes our FREE personalised MyHydro-journey!  
 
There's no joining fee for MyHydro-Membership, and your 4 weeks start from the date of your first booking rather than the date of purchase, so you’ll get a full 4 weeks of hydrotherapy or aquatic fitness.
 
Will my MyHydro-Membership renew automatically?
At the moment we're not able to renew your MyHydro-Membership automatically. You can purchase your next MyHydro-Membership at any time as the membership is valid for 4 weeks from the date of your first booking, not the date of purchase, so you’ll get the benefit of 4 full weeks of hydrotherapy. 
 
What if the pool needs to close again?
We’re really hopeful that we’ll be able to remain open throughout 2021. But should the pool need to close due to Government imposed restrictions we’ll pause all MyHydro-memberships to allow for any closures. 
 
What if I need to cancel a session?
We understand that plans change and sometimes you’re not able to attend a pre-booked session. If you need to cancel or amend a session you can log into our booking system and transfer or cancel your booking at any time up to 4 hours before the session. If you’re having trouble accessing your booking online you can call the pool and they can amend or cancel your session for you. If you cancel your session less than 4 hours before the start time you will not be able to rebook and that session will be deducted from your pass. We do understand that there are exceptional circumstances, so if you are unable to attend at the last minute please contact the team at the pool directly and they may be able to offer you an additional free session at their discretion. 
 
If you are unable to use your pass because you are self-isolating, showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive we can pause your pass whilst you isolate or recover. If you are unable to contact us in advance we will always waive our cancellation policy should you need to revise your bookings due to COVID-19, please do not attend your session if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
 
 
How do I purchase MyHydro-Membership? 
You can purchase your MyHydro-Membership online from Tuesday 22nd December, or by contacting the pool directly. You’ll need to book your first session when you buy your pass, but don’t forget your 4 week pass will start from the date of your first booking, so it doesn’t need to be straight away. You can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance so you’re able to plan your exercise programme for the next month. If you’d like to receive a MyHydro-Journey exercise plan (FREE as part of your membership) you’ll need to complete the form which you can access via your confirmation email. One our team will then get in touch with you to arrange a time to discuss your plan and create your personalised exercises.
