These classes take a fun and relaxed approach to help kids feel confident in the water. They’re packed with songs, games, and guided exploration to make learning enjoyable. A big part of these sessions is teaching parents the best ways to help their kids learn how to swim, ensuring everyone develops a positive attitude toward swimming from a young age.

Getting involved in these classes helps kids chill in the water and really boosts their confidence. As they join in, they’ll pick up essential swimming skills while also building a stronger connection with their parents in a supportive atmosphere.

The curriculum covers the basics of swimming, like floating, body rotation, and some simple propulsion techniques. Kids gradually get better with easy swimming actions. Various tools, like floats and swimming aids, also help reinforce learning. Back floats are a key move that helps kids feel safe and comfortable in the water, making the whole experience more enjoyable.

The program is split into three levels, each designed for different age groups to ensure kids develop skills at the right pace.

Starfish Beginner: Designed for infants aged 3 months to 1 year, this level focuses on water exposure and foundational skills in a safe environment. Activities are geared towards fostering relaxation and comfort in the water while allowing parents to engage closely with their little ones.

Starfish Improver: Aimed at toddlers aged 1 year to 2 years, this level builds on initial experiences in the water. Through more interactive exercises, children learn fundamental swimming concepts while enhancing their confidence and independence.

Starfish Advance: For children aged 2 years to 3 years, this advanced level emphasizes refining swimming techniques and increasing water familiarity. More complex activities are introduced, helping children prepare for future swimming lessons while solidifying their skills.
