Lockdown 3

Dear Customer

It is with deepest regret that we must close the hydrotherapy pool and swimming lessons due to the new national lockdown that has been imposed on 04-01-2021. If you have a booking over the lockdown period, please bear with us as we get information out to all customers. 

Many of our staff are now furloughed or working form home, so please bear with us if it takes a little longer to reply to your questions or phone calls. 

However please see below some general information that may help to answer any questions that you might have. 
  • Family, under 5’s, disability family sessions and private hire

    We will be giving each customer a credit up to the value of all the sessions booked during our period of closure. Your booking reference will be the credit code and you will be able to book your slot in the pool once we re-open using your booking reference number as a discount code.

  • Hydrotherapy sessions (not with a membership)

    If you have booked your hydro4you session or hydro class without a class pass or membership, we will be cancelling your sessions off the system and giving you a credit to use once we reopen. Your booking reference will be the credit code and you will be able to book your slot in the pool once we re-open using your booking reference number as a discount code.

  • MyHydro Memberships or Class passes

    If you have an up to date Exercise, MyHydro Journey Class pass or one of our new MyHydro Memberships we will work through how long each client has on there pass/membership and then re-active these passes for that length of time once we have a reopening date. 

  • Swim School

    Unfortunately due to the short notice and the date that the lockdown was announced we were unable to pause everyone’s January direct debit in time. Therefore your payment for January has been taken as normal. 


    As with previous lockdowns, we will be reducing the DD to £2.00 per swimmer until further notice.

     

    Once we have more details about how and when we can restart lessons. A credit will be added to the Members Hub to reflect the payment in January. 

At present we are still awaiting further clarification on a potential reopening date for both the hydrotherapy pools and swimming lessons. Under the current tier 3 restrictions swimming session could go ahead (excluding adult exercise classes). Swimming lessons were classes as organised sport for under 18s which were except from the regulations.


Once we have more information about reopening we will send further guidance on how to use your credits and books sessions.
