When you book with Neptune Aquatic Swim School, you will get 2 emails
 
  1. An email to let you set up your Member Hub - this will give you access to the new course progress system. Once you login to the Members Hub, please check that all your details are correct. So we are able to contact you about your child's swimming lessons
  2. An email confirming your swimming lessons this will include all class details 
The email from the Members Hub will come from KINETIC COURSES, sometime these emails might end up in your spam folder. If you need to search your email/junk folder please search KINETIC COURSES. The email will look like this, Please click on the link to set up your password and to access your account.

Member's Hub

Overview Screen

Once you log in you will be taken to the over screen, this screen gives overview of your child(s) bookings. From here you can see the name of each of your swimmers and which classes they are booked it to. The overview shows:



A) Day of lessons

B) Venue for the lessons

C) Class Name

D) Day and time of the lessons

E) Messages System - this is where you will be able to read, reply and send messages to the Steph. If you have a red spot with a number in it, these means you have a new message to read. 

F) Account details - this where you can change your personal details 

G) Look at swimmers progress report

Messaging Screen

The Messaging screen is where you can see all the messages from the swim school to you as the parent. These messages might be able to move up a class when the child is ready for a change of teacher for your child's next lessons. This is also where you can send us a message. All these messages and replies are recorded in the conversation below meaning you never miss a message or notification about your child's swimming lessons.

B) Click here to read and reply to the message

C) Click here to send us a new message

Account Screen

The Account screen allows you to access you details and change or update your details if you have moved, changed your email address or telephone number. You can also edit your child's details which includes medical information this will also let the teacher know that a child has had their medical information updated. 



A) Edit your details, remember to save it once you have done this

B) Click here to see other people linked to your account. You will be able to edit these on the system. 

Progress Screen

The Progress screen lets you see how your child is getting on and the areas where they need to work on to pass the badge. Here at Neptune we work on multiple badges per class. Once they pass all the badges, they then move up to the next class. 



A) Child you are looking at

B) Current day and time of lessons

C) Badges included in the class level

D) By click on the badge name, you will see all the criteria for each badge within the class level

E) Criteria which needs to be passed to pass the badge. These will go green as the teachers pass them on each skill. 

F) Here you can see how many classes you have attended

G) You can let the teachers know you can't attend a session, this might be due to sickness or because you are on holiday. This will then let the teacher know not to expect them at the lesson.
