Dear Customer

We are very excited to be welcoming our swimming lessons back from (week beginning) 7th September. Where we have had to make many changes to our set up we are hoping our customers will really embrace the new “normal” when returning to the pool. 

You son/daughter is currently booked into a ducklings level swimming class. This class is suitable for children who are aged 3yrs - 5yrs of age. We have checked the age of all our swimmers across the swim school and we have noted that your swimmer is now of an age where they need to move into a turtles class. 



The Turtles class is suitable for swimmers age 5yrs + and is taught in a more structured way. With this in mind we would like to offer you a space in this class for when we return in September. If you are swimming on our summer lessons or crash course lessons you will remain in a ducklings class and we will use this as a refresher course so swimmers are happy in the water ready for September 

The reason for the change

While we know that most of our swimmers will not have had lessons for a long time it is important that your child is taught in a class of similar ages to their level. We predict that there will be a lot of new swimmers joining Neptune in September and most of these swimmers will have had no previous lesson experience. We therefore want to make sure that our current swimmers continue to make the excellent process they were making before lock down.

Spaces are limited so please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your child's movement.

Buy your own equipment 
Neptune Aquatics will still provide all equipment that children will need in their lessons. However some parents have suggested that we offer you the chance to buy floats, toys, woggles, etc. Below you will see all the products that we offer. Should you wish to purchase anything, these can be purchased from our website and will be delivered to swimming lessons for your use in the first week of sessions. We politely ask that any equipment that is brought to swimming lessons is clearly marked with your child's initials. Any equipment that is brought to lessons will only be used if it is to benefit the delivery of lessons. For an example, just because your child brings a sinker it doesn't mean we will be using them
