Area Manager Blog#1

As Neptune’s Hydrotherapy Pool Area Manager I have had the pleasure of visiting each site this week to take part in each team’s extended staff training. As well as competency tests on in water rescues and CPR each team have had comprehensive training on all Neptune’s new Covid-19 policies and procedures. Since the announcement came back in early July that we could reopen, I along with members of head office and the pools Operation Managers have worked so hard to get all the sites back operating in the safest way possible. 


After 126 days since we closed our doors It has felt so good to be back on site and of course back in the water, the teams have worked so hard in the past week or so to make our facilities Covid secure. While they are excited about returning and welcoming you all back, they have all shared with me their nervousness about returning to this ‘new normal’ and I thought I would take this opportunity in my first Blog as Area Manager to ask you all to be patient and kind when you return to your sessions and classes. The new rules are as new to them as they are to you.
