We're relaunching our MyHydro-Memberships from 24th May 2021!
 
What is MyHydro-Membership?
MyHydro-Membership is a NEW membership programme for all of our hydrotherapy pools. MyHydro-Membership will allow you to book either 10 or 20 visits to the pool during a every month. You’ll have access to all of our Hydro4you, Hydro-cise, Hydro-HIIT and Hydro4Fibro classes, along with exclusive classes and special offers. All MyHydro-Memberships include a FREE My-Hydro-journey, a personalised hydrotherapy exercise plan created just for you by our expert team. 
 
What is a MyHydro-journey?
Whether you're looking for fitness, rehabilitation or to manage a medical condition our team can develop a personalised hydrotherapy exercise programme just for you. Our team will review your health and fitness goals (either in person, or over the phone) and create a programme of exercises to suit your needs. The programme will include exercises designed around your physical ability to help you to reach your health or fitness goals. One of our fitness instructors will meet with you during your first session in the water and talk you through your programme 1-1 so you fully understand each and every exercise. Every month you'll have the opportunity to have your MyHydro-Journey reviewed and updated so your personal exercises develop and change as your health and fitness progresses.
 
How much will MyHydro-Membership cost?
If you’re a light user, our 10 session MyHydro-Membership costs just £45 a month by Direct Debit. It's up to you what combination of sessions you choose every month.  You might do 10 Hydro-cise classes or maybe use your MyHydro-Journey in our Hydro4you sessions alongside our group exercise classes. Whatever you decide you'll make a great saving on our pay-as-you-go rates as each session is equivalent to just £4.50. And don’t forget that all Memberships include our MyHydro-journey personalised hydrotherapy exercise plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
 
If 10 sessions a month aren’t enough for you, our 20 session MyHydro-Membership is priced at £80 a month and allows you to attend any 20 of our sessionsevery month. It’s fantastic value at the equivalent of just £4 per session and also includes your FREE personalised MyHydro-journey!  

Our memberships include a joining fee of £20, and have no minimum contract length. Direct Debits are taken on the first of each month, so if you join half-way through the month your first month will be a part payment to take you to the next month. What if I need to cancel a session?
We understand that plans change and sometimes you’re not able to attend a pre-booked session. If you need to cancel or amend a session you can log into our booking system or contact the team and cancel your booking at any time up to 12 hours before your session without losing one of your 'visits'. This will allow us to open the space up to another customer. However, if you cancel your session less than 12 hours before the start time you will not be able to re-book and that visit will be deducted from your Membership. We know that there are occasionally exceptional circumstances, so if you are unable to attend at the last minute please contact the team at the pool directly and they may be able to offer you an additional free session at their discretion. 
 
How do I purchase MyHydro-Membership? 
You can purchase your MyHydro-Membership online when our new booking system goes live on Monday 24th May, or by contacting the pool directly.  You can book sessions up to 2 weeks in advance so make sure you review your sessions every two weeks, particularly for our group exercise classes as these are currently filling up very quickly! If you’ve chose to receive a MyHydro-Journey exercise plan one our team will then get in touch with you to arrange a time to discuss your plan and create your personalised exercises.

What if I already have a membership?
If you already have a MyHydro-membership with us any sessions you have will be credited to the new system so you won't lose out. We'll also waive our joining fee so you'll have nothing extra to pay.  And if you decide to take out our new direct debit membership we'll be allowing you to join without paying the joining fee for a limited time only!
