Dear Customers

As we continue to progress along the government's road map to the easing of the national covid restrictions. It is important that we continue to observe the measures and procedures that we have in place. Please can all customers remember:

No food or drink should be consumed on the poolside by spectators, siblings or swimmers. The only exception to this rule is bottled water. We have had contact from 2 of our sites to say that food wrappers have been left on the poolside. If your swimmer has a snack before or after swimming please make sure this is eaten outside of the pool building and that any rubbish is taken away with you.

There should be
no photography of any kind during swimming lessons. This is for everyone’s safety. Any customers who are seen to be taking photos of swimmers may be asked to delete them. Any customers who repeatedly ignore this rule will not be permitted onto the poolside. This is not a new rule that has been introduced. This is a generalised rule across the industry

Even with restrictions lifting we must still insist that only
1 customer attend per family group. We are very tight on space and need to continue to try and keep everyone as safe as we can. Customers who have an alternative arrangement that has been agreed by Steph can continue with this.

Please ensure your
swimmer arrives for their lesson on time. We understand that sometimes traffic or finishing late at school do prevent this but with the current shortened lesson times we must make sure we maximise our time in the pool. If a swimmer arrives more than 10 minutes late for their class it will be at the teachers discretion as to whether your swimmer will be allowed to join the class.

If customers are using the changing rooms after their swimmer lessons please make sure you as the adult are in the
correct gender changing room for you, not your swimmer. So for example if a male parent has a female swimmer that needs to get changed with help, you should use them male changing rooms.

Children who are able to dry and dress themselves should use the correct gender for them.

Swimmers at First Step - Do not move the chairs that are in the sauna doorway. They are not for our use. Please also ensure that you are following the 1 way system. This means customers who are watching lessons should be standing in the middle lane and should not be drying and changing children on the poolside.
