Team Neptune are exited to be launching our brand new COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP. Available from Monday 24th May 2021
the membership will entitle your whole family to great discounts at your local hydrotherapy pool.
What is included in Community Membership?
What is Community Membership?
Community Membership has been created to provide exclusive benefits and discounts for our loyal family customers. Valid for a full year, Community Membership will allow you to book family sessions for your whole family at a discounted members' rate (equivalent to our 2020-2021 prices) You'll also have access to exclusive sessions during the school holidays.
What is included in Community Membership?
Community membership will offer you a members' rate for all of our family sessions:
- Under 5's Swim
- Family Swim
- Disability Family Swim
You'll also be able to book our Private Hire
sessions at members' rate. During the school holidays you'll have exclusive access to Holiday Private Hire
sessions which offer a further discount on the Members' rate for private hire. You'll also be able to book any other Members' only sessions we may run. You'll only need one membership for your whole family.
How much does the Community Membership cost?
Community membership is priced at a one-off annual fee of £40.
You can buy your membership online and you'll automatically have access to our discounted members rates for all of our family sessions and private hire. A family with 2 children will save £4 on non-member rates every time they visit, so will only need to visit once a month over the year to make a saving on the cost of the membership.

How do I buy a Community Membership?
You'll be able to buy your Community Membership online when our new booking system goes live on Monday 24th May. You'll then be able to use your pass to book your family sessions from Monday 30th May. The new booking system will allow you to book your session for up to two weeks in advance, so please make sure that you book in good time as our family sessions are incredibly popular at this time!
