We know that many of you have found our current booking system a little tricky to use, so we've been working hard behind the scenes to find something to make it easier for you to book your time at our hydrotherapy pools. Here's an overview of what's going to be chaning from 24th May.
Memberships
You may have seen that we'll be launching our range of
memberships designed to save you money on our standard session rates.
Community Membership
has been created to save you money on our family sessions and private hire sessions, whilst our MyHydro-Membership offers great savings for our Hydrotherapy and aquatic exercise customers. Our new system will allow you buy our Community Membership or set up your Direct Debit for our MyHydro-membership in just a few clicks! When you set up a membership you'll have access to our members' area where you'll be able to book your session and also see details of any exclusive member sessions we have available, these will not be visible to non-members.
Booking your session
If you have a membership with us you'll need to book through our members area, you must make sure you always book thorugh the members' area or you'll be asked to pay the full non-members rate. Don't worry if you don't have a membership, you'll still be able to view and book all sessions available to non-members via our 'make a booking' area. Both areas feature a timetable of sessions available on each day, and you'll be able to filter by the session you're looking for. We'll still have live availability, so you'll be able to see which sessions still have spaces.
Booking 2 weeks in advance
From Monday 31st May you'll only be able to book 2 weeks in advance. Many of our sessions are often fully booked for weeks in advance. We're hoping that by reducing the booking window there should be more availability for more of community to make the most of our lovely warm water. You'll still need to book your session before you arrive at the pool, and the earlier you book the more likely you'll be to secure a space!
Download the App
Search for 'Clubright' on the Appstore or on GooglePlay and you'll be able to download the app to your device. This will make booking even easier!
COMING SOON!
The new system features a QR code check in options. So soon you'll be able to check in using your phone when you arrive for your swim.
