Trainee Swimming Teacher

We are currently hiring Trainee Swimming Teachers to join the team. 

This role is open to anyone in year 11 or above. This role is perfect to fit around school and college work or to start you on a new career path. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering swimming lessons
• Learn how to assess and monitor student progress
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and their families
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements:

• Passion for swimming and teaching
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
