Following some very tough days, Neptune Aquatics has taken the decision in regards to our swim school program. Please see below for the action plan outlining what our current plans are.
Swimming Lessons - Actions Plan
- Stonar School and Ashwicke Hall
have made the decision to shut the premises to all external hire groups. Therefore from tomorrow Wednesday 18th March we have been forced to cancel all lessons at these venues.
- Lessons at Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool, First Step Gym and Wyvern Hydrotherapy Pool
are cancelled from Monday 23rd March, however this will be reviewed daily as the situation is ever changing.
- This decision will be reviewed week beginning 13th April (second week of the Easter holidays) and parents will be informed if lessons will restart or if further cancellation is required.
- We will be looking to run make up sessions over May half term and the first week of the Summer Holidays. These will make up to 2 weeks that have been missed. Therefore the Direct Debit fees will continue as normal, again this will be reviewed week beginning 13th April. If further cancellations are needed, then details of refunds will be given then.
I hope that everyone can understand the position that we are in. We are a small family run company who have put 7 years of blood, sweat and tears into building one of the best swim schools in the area. The last few days have been the hardest in my life and have brought me to tears on a number of occasions,
I know all the teachers love teaching your children to swim but for me it is more than a job. It is my passion, my life and my dream. I have loved every minute of teaching from the first day with 9 children turning up to now where we have just under 650 swimmers. The action plan above is designed to allow Neptune to survive this shut down and be ready to welcome your swimmers back (hopefully in a few weeks time).
Please be safe during this difficult time
