MyHydro Journey

The MyHydro Jounrey class pass is the easiest way and best way to book for any of our Hydrotherapy Sessions (hydro4you, Hydro4fibro, Hydro-cise and Hydro-HiiT)  The Journey has been designed to help all our clients to get the maximum benefit of using a Hydrotherapy Pool

Working with our expert team of aquatic fitness instructors the will assess your needs, write a personalised exercise plan and regularly review your progress.

How does MyHydro Journey class pass work?

CA - Client Assessment - As a client you book into with one of our aquatic fitness instructors, they will assess your needs, put you through an assessment to work out your fitness levels and work with you to arrange your short, medium and long term goals for using a Hydrotherapy pool. 

Once completed the Aquatic Fitness Instructor will write you a personalised Hydrotherapy Exercise Plan and book you in for your hand over appointment.

Hand over appointment - The aquatic fitness instructor will book you in for your handover appoint during your client assessment. The Handover appointment is designed for the aquatic fitness instructor to work through your fitness plan with you showing you all the exercises.

At the end of the handover appointment, the instructor will book you in for a review appointment.

Review Appointment - At the review appointment, the aquatic fitness instructor will use your original client assessment to see how you are progressing towards your goals, they will work with you to make any changes to your plan so that you can keep pushing towards your goals.
