Our 45 minute aquatic fitness sessions - Hydro-Gym - is a fantastic alternative to the gym. We offer a range of exercise programmes created by our fully qualified fitness experts. 

Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, or looking for a more high-impact work out we have a programme available to suit your needs. You can begin with the low impact programmes and work your way through to the more challenging exercises as your fitness improves. We offer a range of exercise programmes at each level so you can choose one to suit your physical needs, or you could opt for variety and complete a different programme each week. 

All the programmes are available pool-side during the session along with all the equipment you'll need. Numbers are limited so you'll have plenty of space to complete your work-out in comfort.
