High Impact Instructor Led Aquatic Fitness

Hydro-HIIT is our high impact aquatic fitness session for those looking for an extra challenge from their workout.

Based on the principals of High Impact Interval Training this 45 minute session combines short periods of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest. The instructor will lead the class throughout the session in a series of exercises, using the resistance of the water alongside the use of weights and other fitness equipment. HydroHIIT is perfect for improving your fitness and losing any extra weight. Numbers in the water are limited to make sure you have plenty of space for your exercise.

Our HydroHIIT sessions can be booked in advance online, or by calling the pool directly. HydroHIIT sessions are also included in our MyHydroMembership.
