Here at Stourview Hydrotherapy Pool we're thrilled to be relaunching
Hydro-cise - our instructor-led aquatic fitness sessions. Our brand new team of fully qualified Aquatic Fitness Instructors, led by Neptune's Fitness Manager will be delivering these fantastic new sessions every week.
What is Hydro-cise?
These 45 minute sessions are a combination of station based and whole class exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. An instructor will take you through a series of exercises from poolside, and there's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere during every session. Exercises are designed for you to work-out at your own pace, increasing the intensity as your fitness improves. We keep numbers limited to 5 people in each class to allow you plenty of space to work-out in comfort.
Why choose Aquatic Exercise?
Aquatic exercise (sometimes called aqua aerobics) is a fantastic alternative to traditional land based fitness. The water provides additional benefits and support, allowing the classes to be accessible for everyone, no matter what their level of mobility.
