We’re Neptune Aquatics, a lively social enterprise fueled by a passionate and skilled team. Our mission? To make warm water hydro pools accessible for everyone! We offer a variety of sessions including Swimming Lessons, Hydrotherapy, Aquatic Fitness, and Family Swimming. We're thrilled to support over 1,000 users each week and with our brand-new hydrotherapy pool opening in Jan 2025, we can help even more people than ever before. We're proud to be one of the few organisations in the UK dedicated to making hydrotherapy available to the general public.

**Responsibilities**

• Create a welcoming and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable
• Speaking to customers both in person and over the phone
• Ensure the safety of all our clients using the Hydrotherapy Pool
• Have the highest cleaning standards
• Providing first aid in the event of injury
• Create fun and engaging swimming lesson/fitness plans that suit swimmers of all skill levels.
• Teach and guide students on swimming techniques while emphasizing safety practices.
• Keep an eye on each swimmer’s progress and offer supportive feedback to help them improve.
• Create a welcoming and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable to learn.
• Work together with parents and guardians to share updates on their child’s development and discuss any questions or concerns.
• Ensure the swimming area is safe and clean, following health and safety guidelines
