Trainee Pool Supervisor Stourview

This role is perfect to fit around school and college work or to start you on a new career path. All training and qualifications will be provided therefore, this job is open to anyone over the age of 16 to apply for.

We are looking for someone who loves working with people and helping them to get the best out of their time in the hydrotherapy pool. We offer a range of services to the local community and are looking for an adaptable and committed member of staff. The pool supervisor role will work on shift helping to run the hydrotherapy pool and ensure that every customer receives great customer care. 

The trainee pool supervisor job role will start by learning the basics of what hydrotherapy is and how it benefits the individual before moving on to undertake the STA Level 2 Pool Emergency Responder Course. The course will teach the Trainee Pool Supervisor how to perform vital rescue skills; including first aid and CPR. This is a nationally recognised qualification. The course will be run online with one day practical at one of our hydrotherapy pools.

Once qualified there is the chance to train to become one of our Aquatic Fitness Instructors to run exercise classes and write individual fitness programs for our users.
