Trainee Pool Supervisor - Starfish

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Trainee Pool Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about swimming and is interested in pursuing a career in leisure. No previous experience or training is required as full training will be provided. This opportunity would suit someone who would like to fit hours around school or college. 

• Supervising pool activities including lessons, classes and sessions.
• Assisting in the supervision of the pool area including monitoring water quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Providing customer service to pool users and responding to inquiries, complaints and emergencies.
• Assisting in the implementation of pool safety policies and procedures.

• Passionate about swimming and aquatics management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake training and gain certification in pool responding and first aid.
