Hello to All Neptune Swimmers
Neptune Aquatic Solutions is pleased to announce that following the government announcement on the 9th July regarding Opening Swimming and gym facilities that we will be back with our Summer Swim School from the
Monday 3rd August.
I know when we announced the closure notice back in March, we thought we would be welcoming customers back in a few weeks time. It has been a very long 16 weeks and I know I speak for all the staff when I say they can't wait to welcome you back to your swimming lessons.
What is the Summer Swim School
The Summer swim school will run for 5 week from the Monday 3rd August to the Sunday 5th September and will give swimmers the ability to have a weekly swimming lesson just like during normal term time. The Summer swim school will offer lessons from Ducklings (3 years plus) through to Dolphins.
All classes will have 4 children per class and the teacher will remain in the water with the swimmers.
The Summer Swim School will only be available to current swimmers who paid their April DD as Normal.
These are purely for existing customers only. We will be offering our popular Crash Courses for new swimmers, further details of these sessions will be released shortly.
Lessons will run for 25 minutes with 5 min change over time to allow swimmers to exit the pool and social distance. All swimmers will be asked to come beach ready and further details over what this means will be sent out to swimmers on the Summer swim school.
The Summer swim school will run out of the following venues
- Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool, Chippenham;
- First Step, Corsham;
- Wyvern Hydrotherapy Pool, Weymouth;
Unfortunately Ashwicke Hall school have informed us that due to the late notice of the government, that they won’t be reopening the pool until September. Stonar School has already informed us they don’t intend to open until September.
If swimmers don't wish to take part in the summer swim school, there spaces will continue as normal in September
