As a reminder, the Members hub contains all the information you need about your lessons. It shows you up and coming lesson dates, your class day and time, who your teacher is and the venue information. It also shows all past and upcoming payments and allows you to communicate absences with your class teacher. We would like to encourage all customers to use the hub as their primary contact with Neptune. If you have problems accessing your hub please email us.
Swimmers, where possible should be wearing a swimming hat to their lesson. All customers will have been provided with a Red Neptune hat when booking onto lessons. No only does wearing a hat secure long hair it also improves water quality and is best practice in many counties on the continent. If your swimmer. Chooses to wear goggles please make sure they are aa secure fit and adjusted properly before lessons begin. If goggles become a distraction to a child the teacher may ask they remove them.
Swimming lessons are a very important part of a child’s development. Much like attending school and nursery. Therefore we request that children arrive promptly for lessons read to start swimming. If your swimmer is more than 10minutes late arriving to lessons you will not be permitted entry to the water.
Payment for swimming lessons is due on the 1st of each month. This is taken as a re-occurring payment similar to Netflix. Please make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover your lessons each month. Failure to make payment for your lessons promptly may result in your space being re-allocated. In the event of cancellations credits are applied to your accounts or a catch up lesson is offered. Cancellations are communicated via Text and members hub messages.
Pleae be reminded that no photography to vie does should be taken during swimming lessons. This is for the safety of our swimmers and staff. Customers who are seen to be taking photo’s and videos of lessons will be asked to leave poolside. If your child has the class teddy and wishes to take a photo at lessons please speak with your teacher who will find you a quiet corner of the pool to do
