Do you have a friend who you think would benefit from one of our hydrotherapy sessions?

With our special 'recommend a friend' offer you and your friend will both receive a FREE session of hydrotherapy.

How it works

• Collect one of our 'recommend a friend' cards from the pool
• Add your name and postcode and pass the card on to your friend
• Ask your friend to book their FREE session using the discount code on the card
• Your friend will need to bring the card with them to their session and pass it to a member of our team
• To say thank you for recommending us we'll contact you to book in your free hydrotherapy session

There's no limit to how many friends you can recommend, we'll give you a free session for every one of your friends who comes to one of our hydrotherapy sessions, all that we ask is that they've never attended one of our hydrotherapy sessions before.

The FREE session is valid for all of our hydrotherapy sessions, and hydrotherapy instructor led classes, so why not use your FREE session to try something new for yourself? Choose from:

• Hydro-mind (Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool and Stourview Hydrotherapy Pool only)
• Hydro-cise (Wyvern Hydrotherapy Pool and Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool only)
