Neptune’s Hydro-HIIT class is based around the principals of High Impact Interval Training. During these aquatic fitness sessions periods of high impact exercises are followed by short periods of rest. If you’re looking for a more challenging work out then Hydro-HIIT is for you!
The instructor will lead the class throughout the session in a series of exercises, using the resistance of the water alongside the use of weights and other fitness equipment.
