COVID-19 Update for Swimming Lessons - 17.4.2020
Hello all,
I hope everyone is safe and well.
Following the government's announcements on Thursday 16th April 2020, I am writing to update you on Neptune Aquatics plan moving forward with the Coronavirus outbreak.
As you all know, I was hoping that we would be able to restart lessons after Easter or early May. We had an action plan in place to cover this. However it now appears that this is very unlikely and we are going to be shut for this time period. We are therefore going to change our original action plan that was sent to you on 24th March 2020.
Moving forward, we will be reducing the Direct Debit to the nominal fee of £2.00 per child.
We have to do this as we need to continue to pay for some computer systems such as Swimphony and Gocardless. These systems are essential for us to continue running swimming lessons and to ensure we are ready to return, once the lock down ends.
All customers will receive an email from Gocardless over the next week confirming the reduction of the fees. Please give us some time as we need to manually edit all direct debits, Which does take some time to do.
Once the government lifts the lock down, which allows us to restart swimming lessons, further information will follow.
I want to thank everyone for their support over the last month and the next few weeks. We have been blown away with lovely emails and messages from our customers.I know I speak for the whole team when I say, we can't wait to get back to lessons and see everyone again.
If you have any questions please feel free to email me and finally to all our swimmers remember to wash those paws and we will see you soon.
Kind Regards
Steph Westbrook
